Shipping Policies

USPS is our shipping and delivery carrier. We calculate our shipping costs based on the quantity and type of product you select in your order. Handling and shipping charges are added at the time of you to see your invoice in the shopping cart. Shipments can be tracked on the USPS page.

Estimated shipping time:

You would usually receive your 2-4-day package within Puerto Rico.

The United States usually takes approximately 5-6 days.

Remember that after the package leaves our facilities, shipping time is the responsibility of USPS and not our company.

*Note that the estimated shipping time does not include the production time of your order. Production time is the time it takes to work your order and it is called in working days. Usually your order would be sent 1 to 2 days after the transaction is made. They are translated from Monday to Friday on weekdays. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional and holiday restrictions observed that may delay receiving your shipment.

Your order can arrive in an envelope as in a box. Depending on the type of quantity and weights of your order, we will take into consideration which way you will pack.

Production and shipping time:

At we do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and there may be a few of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the expected arrival date. Large orders (more than 100 items or delivery to a post box APO/FPO/DPO addresses, to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories may delay delivery.


 You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Also check the address the shipment is being sent to. We only send to the address given to us when you place your order. If this address is incorrect, please call us ASAP at 787-447-8393. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

 Before You Place Your Order

 We cannot add to or change orders once placed. We do not keep records of payment information at the time of purchase for security reasons. If you forgot to order an item, you will need to place another order. Please review your order for accuracy before submission.

You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order! We are not responsible for incorrect mailing or email addresses. We always ship to the address you give us and we always email to the address you give us.

 International Buyers - Please Read

 International buyers may be charged for duties and fees by the customs agencies of the respective country. Natuaromas does not impose these fees and does not gain financially from these fees.

USPS does not allow signature confirmation for international mail.

USPS First Class mail is the least expensive method to ship packages. Packages under 4 pounds may ship via First Class mail. However, once the package reaches our regional distribution center it will not be tracked until it reaches the destination country, and this can take weeks. You may see something like this in your tracking information: "Your item departed our USPS facility in CHICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on July 8, 2019 at 2:27 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." This happens when the package has left the customs distribution center and has not yet entered your country. This process can take up to 6 weeks. Also, First Class mail is not insured and if it is lost cannot be recuperated. Therefore, we cannot replace these types of packages.

We do not recommend using First Class mail as the method of shipment for international shipments. Preferred methods of shipment are USPS Priority mail or Priority Mail Express. We ship to every country in the world. Natuaromas cannot be held responsible for lost packages or packages seized by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for their country.

Payments of duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not pick up your package for any reason and it is returned we will refund you after deducting the return shipping charges.
